St Nics is a lively evangelical church in the heart of the city of Durham. We want to make the most of the missional opportunities before us, and are committed to working with a vicar who will have the following priorities:
- Discerning and communicating a clear vision, and able to live this out in strategic decision-making
- Teaching the Bible and witnessing to the Christian faith in compelling and attractive ways
- Leading and developing a staff team who are enablers and encouragers of everyday missionary disciples
