The City Dean will:
- Be the strategic leader for Plymouth 2035, able to inspire churches to engage in the missional growth of church growth.
- Play a key part in recruiting a significant number of new clergy to the city.
You will have:
- Led church growth over a sustained period;
- Experience of project and change management;
- Exceptional people skills, able to inspire, empower and support others.
