- Stimulates thought and is a gifted teacher who can encourage families and individuals and engage with those yet to come to faith
- Motivates and inspires initiative, developing people’s gifts and talents to serve in God’s mission locally
- Will connect with younger generations paying close attention to the spiritual needs of children and teenagers
- Is able to lead a variety of services, connecting with all ages, backgrounds and traditions

- A full-time stipendiary post and 4-bedroom house
- A strong ministry team with supportive PCCs, part-time PA and families’ worker, excellent lay support
