An opportunity for a pioneer minister with experience of parish ministry in an evangelical setting. We are looking for someone able to form and communicate a clear vision for both churches.
We are looking for someone who –
- Is able to communicate vision; has a heart for renewal; is comfortable with charismatic worship and can encourage evangelism.
- Has a flexible and creative approach to worship.
- Recognises and encourages the gifts of church members.
- Is able to interact and develop links with all ages.
- Is a visionary leader and is community minded.
- Is creative and relational; able to bring out the best in people with or without faith.
- Is comfortable engaging with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, especially in an urban estate setting.
