Every leader faces moments where they’re called to step up, whether that’s speaking at a carol service, launching a new vision, or galvanising a community and more. These leadership moments bring both challenge but also opportunity. 

In this Lead On Live masterclass, Bishop Esther Prior will share encouragement and practical wisdom on what it means to step up as a leader today. Born in Malawi and raised in Zimbabwe, Esther has served in chaplaincy, parish leadership, and most recently as Vicar of Egham before being consecrated as Bishop of Aston in 2025.

Drawing on her own journey of stepping into episcopal ministry, she will explore themes of courage, calling, and resilience, offering practical insights to help leaders move forward in faith and trust.
