- Is passionate about urban ministry
- Leads worship thoughtfully drawing on Scripture and prayer
- Is a listening, approachable and visionary leader
- Must be able to work collaboratively with the Ministry Leadership Team
- Has good leadership, co-ordinating, management and delegation skills
