School Pathways Training

CPAS are experts bringing together headteachers and clergy for highly impactful training and facilitation.
Aims
Provide school and church leaders with:
- A termly opportunity for rich partnership conversations.
- Facilitation to support dialogue around more challenging topics.
- Training in areas of mutual interest and benefit.
- Space to review and adapt your shared action plan.
‘This is an essential course for every Diocese to make available.’
Clergy, Hereford Diocese
What Is It and Who Is It For?
This course is for both school and church leaders to attend so that the pupils of their community can best access progressively deeper opportunities to explore the Christian faith.
Applicable across the theological traditions, across the range of schools (age, foundation, size) and between all types of leaders from those who already relate strongly through to those who have some barriers to overcome.
The course comprises of six sessions hosted over two years (i.e. one per term). Although each session is designed to stand-alone (in order to withstand circumstances where a session is missed or where there is a leadership change mid cycle), the maximum impact will be felt where course participants jointly attend all 6 sessions with their counterpart.
Each session is 1.5hrs, but the final 30mins is a discussion with your local team – this need not be done online.
Cost: £40 per school/church partnership (bring as many attendees as you like).
‘CPAS training has accelerated our work together. Brilliantly led, with a good balance of input and facilitated conversation time.’
