Patronage Secretary and Team Leader

We're on the look-out for an experienced ordained Anglican person who can help us build on the excellent work of previous patronage team leaders and both maintain and develop CPAS' place as a leading independent patron.

This is a high profile role which demands much of the post holder in terms of relating both to senior leaders within the dioceses, and with clergy applying for posts. It demands high levels of people skills, emotional intelligence and yet at the same time the ability to work meticulously with process and detail.

The successful candidate is likely to be a well thought out and articulate evangelical minister, committed to orthodox evangelical theology but able to work in the varied and changing context that is the Church of England.

Closing date: 9am on Friday 3 May
Inteviews: Friday 24 May
