Tean Vicar for the Woodfield Team of Churches in NW Leicestershire


The Bishop of Leicester and the Team Rector are seeking to appoint a Team Vicar to join the 8 churches of the Woodfield Team in the attractive rural and former industrial villages of the National Forest. Our diverse communities call for imaginative and diverse approaches to a shared goal of spreading the Good News and love of Jesus.
To this end, we seek a person who

  • Is confident and creative in leadership
  • Is able to deepen discipleship and everyday faith and build a closer understanding of Christ
  • Is a team player, willing to engage in team meetings, worship, training, decision-making and mission focussed on growing the kingdom of God
  • Is happy to work under pressure with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Is community minded.
