I loved this little podcast. Why? Because it asks us to think about dreaming, and the critical role it plays in our work, our personal lives, and our leadership.  Bob Goff, the main host, opens with a reflection from years of helping people chase their dreams: ‘A lot of people feel stuck.’

As I write this, the church that I lead has been given seven days to vacate the building that we use for Sunday worship services. Simultaneously, we are also exploring purchasing a building in a different area of Manchester to where we planted the church eleven years ago.

We’re creating space for those in church leadership (both lay and ordained), who are under 40 to connect, pray, and learn together. Each session offers honest conversation, biblical encouragement, and practical wisdom for leadership today.
